Dog Birthday

This would be the mutt. Mostly chocolate cake with the head being white. I used six 9 inch circles. One of my first successful 3-D cakes. I was supposed to do another cake this weekend, but I unfortunately got sick :(.

Strawberry Shortcake

Strawberry Shortcake for a 3yr old little girls birthday. The best part was definitely seeing her huge smile when she saw the cake! The cake itself is white dyed hot pink, the cake is carved out of 3-9inch circles. No fondant, all icing. Stay tuned for more birthday cakes, I have two for the upcoming weekend!

Naomi's Birthday

Okay so this is the first 2 and 8 that I have done, and the first chocolate with pink designs as well. All numbers can be done, however, if you want numbers for a birthday I would suggest getting that plus more cake...since it will just be 4 of us eating cake, and 3 of us are watching what we eat, this is plenty of cake. HAPPY BIRTHDAY NAOMI!

TV Dinner Cupcakes-Drumsticks are Cupcake w/powdered donut on top iced and rolled in crushed frosted flakes impaled wth a white chocolate bone, Mashed potatoes are Cupcake w/white icing, butter is a yellow starburst, and the gravy is caramel sauce, peas and carrots are cupcake with green mike n ikes and orange starburst, and the pudding is cupcake with chocolate icing and sprinkles.

A year in cakes...

Over the next 363 days I plan on making many cakes.  This is where you can find pictures of both those success and horror stories.  Last year there were many of both...many of you who are reading this will have seen pictures of the Butterfinger cake...a great success, others will have seen pictures of the Xbox 360 cake...a great horror.  Follow along and have some fun...feel free to suggest a cake design, and if you are physically close enough let me know when your birthday is and I'll see what I can do to get you a cake, because after all, everyday is somebody's birthday!
